HWP, HWPX and DOCX in one paragraph
HWP 5.0 stores binary document records; HWPX packages XML and related resources in ZIP. DOCX has a different document model. Changing a filename does not convert these structures. For a .hwpx attachment you can use the HWPX path directly, without first saving an HWP copy.
