Reporting a problem
Please describe what happened and include: • your browser, its version and your operating system; • the tool name, input file format and approximate file size; • the output format and options you selected; • the error message or conversion summary; • the difference between what you expected and what you received.
For example, identify a table that lost merged cells or a note that is missing. Distribution, password protected and DRM protected documents are not supported, and we do not accept requests to remove their protection.
Describe the problem before sending a document
Start with the error message and a description of the affected part. If you include a screenshot, hide names, contact details, signatures and other personal or confidential information.
Do not attach client work, sensitive originals or files you are not entitled to share. If a sample is needed to reproduce the problem, use a small copy with sensitive material removed. Files selected in a tool are not uploaded, but files you attach to an email are delivered to the operator.
Feature requests
Describe the task you need to complete and what is missing from the current result. This helps us assess requests. Removing distribution, password or DRM protection is outside the scope of this service.
Privacy requests
Send requests to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information to the same email address. Inquiry emails are used to answer your question and investigate the problem, then deleted within 30 days after we finish responding to your inquiry. The privacy policy explains the information involved.
